BoardShepherds College Vision 2021-2031
This document outlines the 'Power of One' vision for Shepherds College, developed in 2021, which aims to impact more lives nationally and globally over ten years. The vision is driven by the extensive need for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to pursue their potential, the documented success of past graduates, and the competence of the staff. It emphasizes God's role, the significant impact an individual can make, and a 'one life at a time' approach. Key targets for this vision include 100 online courses, 1000 graduates, 10,000 annual learners, 100,000 lives influenced, and $1,000,000 in annual endowment earnings.
