Borough of Whitehall Regular Meeting
The meeting included a public hearing for the 2026 proposed budget. Motions were considered to place the 2026 Real Estate Tax Levy Ordinance, Wage & Salary Ordinance, and Budget Resolution on public display, along with reappointing various board and commission members. A maintenance agreement with Ruthrauff Services for HVAC services was considered, and Alyssa Rogalla was nominated as an additional Right to Know Officer for 2026. The council discussed Phase II storm water management, sanitary sewer projects, and updates on the Saw Mill Run Watershed. They also reviewed updates on the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, Echo Glen Storm Sewer Improvements, and the M-42 GROW Grant application. Additional topics included stormwater utility updates, the Highgrove Road Sewer Separation Project, Consent Order projects, West Club Drive, the 2025 Pavement Management Program, Leona Drive Sanitary Sewer Repair, Weyman Road Storm Sewer Repair, Tennis Court Lighting, Provost Road Property Schematic Design, Grove Pointe Development, and Harter Circle/Streets Run/RR Swale.
