Leante Strategic Plan
This document outlines the methodology for creating a macro-level Takt Plan, which functions as a strategic plan for projects within the Takt Production System. It details the process of defining project scope through programs, milestones, phases, and zones, emphasizing the importance of leveling zone sizes by work density rather than area. The plan serves as a contractual promise, incorporating risk analysis and aiming to establish a responsible end date. Key steps include packaging activities into 5-day Takt wagons and utilizing a macro calculator to optimize zone counts and ensure a viable project duration, thereby enabling the creation of a more efficient and buffered normal production plan.
