City of Vienna and Dooly County Community Transformation Plan 2017

This Community Transformation Plan serves as a roadmap to promote Vienna as a City of Promise, Opportunity, and Innovation. It focuses on five key areas: Housing, Education, Health, Economic Development, and Community Facilities & Services (including transportation). The plan aims to enhance and increase residents' and citizens' access to local resources, fostering a more equitable, inclusive, healthy, safe, and viable community by addressing identified challenges and building on existing strengths.
