AI-Enabled Computed Vision Air-to-Air Refueling Performance Assessment and Automated Pilot Debrief System

Description: The Department of the Air Force seeks an AI-enabled computer-vision system to analyze tanker-mounted video and available aircraft data from air-to-air refueling events. The system should track tanker and receiver aircraft, measure position and performance within the refueling envelope, and generate objective performance scores, trend analysis, and visual post-flight debrief products for pilots and instructors. The requested prototype is intended to improve training, safety, and readiness, with an architecture that can expand to additional aircraft and aviation training environments.
