Description: Fairfax County is soliciting proposals from qualified full-service, non-discretionary investment consulting firms to advise the Uniformed Retirement System (URS) Board and staff on its investment program. Services include strategic asset allocation, economic insight, manager research and selection, performance reporting, risk analytics, education, investment-policy support, and related fiduciary advice for approximately $2.5 billion in public and private market assets. The initial contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions, and proposals are to be submitted electronically through the County’s procurement portal.
