Construction of the Water Sewer Building
Construction of the water & sewer department building. Work generally consists of construction of a pre-engineered metal building with a footprint of 140 feet by 120 feet, an attached canopy measuring 140 feet by 20 feet, a gable roof, a low eave height of approximately 30 feet, and associated electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection work. Other work shall include site work including site clearing, foundation work, buried utilities including water, sanitary sewer, and natural gas, stormwater management controls, parking area, driveway, and materials staging area. All work shall be completed within 600 consecutive calendar days of the date fixed in the Notice to Proceed.
