Description: The Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services is soliciting qualified individuals and non-profit corporations to serve as temporary and/or permanent guardians and/or conservators for individuals receiving DDS services who lack capacity under M.G.L. c. 190B. Contractors will perform guardianship and conservatorship duties in accordance with contract terms and applicable Commonwealth laws and program requirements; procurement attachments on the buyer-managed CommBuys page provide documentation and required forms.
