Description: The City of Bellevue seeks pruning and crown cleaning for up to 168 street trees in the northern Bellevue CBD right-of-way, removal of up to 11 trees, and limited dead-wood pruning on nine trees. The time-and-materials work has a not-to-exceed limit and must meet ISA ANSI A300 and ANSI Z133.1 standards under the supervision of an ISA Certified Arborist who is on site at all times. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, disposal, and traffic control; the City will supply the ROW permit and draft traffic-control plans, while the contractor handles adjustments and any required police officers.
