Construction Manager At Risk Services for Office Renovations, Reconfiguration, and Building Expansion - (Request for Qualifications)
Construction manager at risk ("CMAR") services during the planning, design, and construction phases for an office renovation, reconfiguration, and building expansion project. The selected CMAR will work collaboratively with the District throughout the planning, design, and construction phases of the project providing services and professional inputs pertaining to construction schedules, construction market conditions, budgets, project-specific means/methods & constructability, and overall project construction costs.
