Description: The County of San Patricio intends to participate in the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) program through the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). These services are being solicited to assist the County in its application and administration of the TxCDBG Grant Agreement, if awarded, to support the following: •     2027 Community Development Fund - One or more projects classified as regional first priority including water and sewer improvements and/or housing rehabilitation; •     2028 Community Development Fund - if offered by TDA - One or more projects classified as regional first priority, including water and sewer improvements and/or housing rehabilitation; •     2027 Downtown Revitalization Program - Sidewalk and related improvements; and •     2028 Downtown Revitalization Program - Sidewalk and related improvements.
