Synopsis for Ocean Infrastructure (OI2) IDIQ Contract

Description: This presolicitation announces NAVFAC EXWC’s intent to issue an RFP for a single-award Ocean Infrastructure (OI2) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract; the notice is not itself a request for proposals. Anticipated work includes construction, installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of ocean infrastructure in environments ranging from arctic to tropical. The contractor would provide vessels, logistics, facilities, environmental services and equipment, and the procurement is planned as a total small-business set-aside.
