Tree Canopy Coverage Assessment Contract Services

Description: The City of Pooler seeks an experienced urban-forestry consulting firm to conduct a citywide tree-canopy assessment and create a GIS-compatible geodatabase. The work includes LiDAR-based data collection by drone or aircraft, canopy-percentage analysis, tree inventory, and GIS mapping products under the supervision of an ISA-certified arborist and in compliance with applicable state, municipal, and ANSI/ISA standards. The contract is for 12 months with an optional six-month extension, and proposals are due November 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
