The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, and supervision required to perform on-call flooring removal, repair, alteration, restoration, surface preparation, and new installation services across various public facilities. Work covers carpet removal, underlayment installation, floor leveling, broadloom and modular carpet laying, carpet padding, snap-lock and tongue-and-groove laminate, glue-down and snap-lock vinyl, natural and engineered hardwood, rubber cove base wall molding, shoe base molding, and floor sealing/finishing applications. The selected vendor must adhere to architectural, historical, and building specifications while supplying line-item square footage pricing for standard installations and hourly time-and-materials rates for general repair services.
