The project consists of pedestrian improvements that shall include but not be limited to demolition, the installation of concrete sidewalks, asphalt patching and repair, pour in place retaining walls, metal railing, curbing, pavement marking, seeding, and installation of drainage infrastructure. Bid items: 1 LS mobilization; 1 LS traffic control; 1 LS demolition. Drainage pipe: 8 LF of 15" RCP - cl III; 160 LF of 18" RCP, cl III; 1 Ea pipe connection to existing structure. 780 LF barrier curb and gutter; 145 LF concrete sidewalk retaining curb. 1,140 SY of 4" uniform concrete sidewalk.
